THIS IS YOUR ERA
Where leadership development meets the power of sports and the arts. ERA creates experiences that help young people discover their talents, build confidence, develop discipline, and find their voice. Whether competing on the field or creating on the stage, our youth are learning the skills, character, and leadership needed to thrive in whatever comes next.
LET THE ERA BEGIN.
Sports
Youth can compete in basketball, baseball & softball, soccer, volleyball, and flag football through recreational leagues, camps, clinics, and competitive opportunities.
Performance Arts
Young artists can explore music & theatre, short film, and dance through classes, workshops, productions, showcases, and live performances.
Afterschool Programming
ERA Afterschool gives students a safe, engaging place to learn, create, and grow beyond the school day. Students receive homework assistance and tutoring, participate in performing arts including music, theatre, dance, and short film, and enjoy nutritious meals to keep them fueled and ready to learn.
80% of CEOS’s played sports
71% of youth with arts background attended college
Meet the Founders
As former athletes, Caleb Rogan and Tracy Mayes understand that some of life’s greatest lessons are learned beyond the classroom.
Sports taught them discipline, resilience, teamwork, confidence, and how to keep going when things didn’t go as planned. Along the way, they also recognized that every young person needs a place to discover what makes them come alive. For some, that place is the court or field. For others, it’s a stage, a microphone, a dance floor, or behind a camera.
ERA was founded to create those opportunities.
Caleb and Tracy believe sports and the arts are more than activities—they are powerful tools for developing young people. ERA exists to give the next generation a place to discover their gifts, develop their confidence, find their voice, and become leaders.
Because the ultimate goal isn’t simply to create better athletes or better artists.
See What We Create Together
ERA is a youth development organization where leadership development meets the power of sports and the arts. We create opportunities for young people to discover their talents, build confidence, develop meaningful relationships, and grow into leaders.
Through sports, performing arts, afterschool programming, and enrichment experiences, young people are challenged to compete, create, learn, and lead. Whether on the field, on the court, on the stage, or behind the camera, ERA gives every young person a place to belong and an opportunity to become more.
We don’t just develop athletes and artists. We develop leaders.
